I am just starting to carve. What carving knives do you recommend?
This is always a hard question to answer, because everybody carves differently and carves different projects. So we try to generalize and give you the 2 knives that offer a wide range of options. They are the "roughout carver" and the "detail carver". Also, check out our "Beginner Wood Carving Information" page.

How do I sharpen my carving knives?

You will need a sharpening strop and sharpening compound. And then go to our "How To Sharpen" page to learn how. Then make sure and protect your edge when not carving.

When will my order arrive?
Each knife is individually made and we make every effort to get your knife in the mail within 10 working days, this allows 4 days for shipping. So approximately 2 weeks, give or take a day or two. International orders can expect to take up to 10 working days after your order has been shipped.

I want my order shipped to a different address, can you do this?
Yes, we will ship to whatever address you like. Just email us and let us know the address you want your order shipped to.

Do you ship worldwide, if so what is the cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Check here for updated shipping costs to your area.

My carving knife broke, what do I do?
We offer a 100% guarantee against blade and handles breaking, from normal carving use. Remember your knife is not made to open paint cans. If your knife does break, just send it back to us and we will ship you a new knife.

Can I return my knife for a refund?
You may exchange any knife within 30 days. If you choose to exchange your knife for a less expensive one, the difference will be refunded to you. Return postage is the customers responsibility.

I don't want to order online, how do I place an order?
Click here to print out an order form. Fill it out, and mail it to us. Please note, that if you pay with a credit card, it will be processed online.

My order is not going through, what can I do?
Double check to make sure you entered your name exactly as is appears on your credit card. exp: John "T" Doe, instead of just "John Doe". Address must be the address that your credit card statement is mailed to. Phone number must be the phone number you have on file with your credit card.
