We try to return our emails within 24-48 hours, sometimes sooner. Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 p.m. CST. Saturday by chance, never on a Sunday.
Please add us to your address book, as some providers will put our emails in your spam or junk box. We answer all our emails, but we don't know if they all get through.

We do not post our phone number. Why? Because we are typically working in a noisy shop with ear protection on. We were spending too much time on the phone or missing calls and then trying to return phone calls. We are sorry if this is an inconvenience, but we really prefer to be contacted by email.
