Our Return Policy

If we've made an error, we will make it right.

Remember we are not Walmart or a rental business. We have hand made these knives just for you when you ordered.

You may exchange any knife within 30 days. If you choose to exchange your knife for a less expensive one, the difference will be refunded to you in the form of a credit voucher. We do not accept returns, only exchanges.

If it has been after 30 days we reserve the right to refuse any exchange. If the exchange is accepted there will be a 25% restocking fee.

Please package carefully. Once we receive your item, we will verify that it has not been modified in any way and is still a saleable product. We will then ship your replacement ASAP.
