Our Exchange Policy

If we've made a mistake, we'll make it right. We stand behind every knife we build and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Every Deepwoods Ventures knife is forged and finished by hand specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of that, we're not able to accept returns like a large retail store. Instead, we offer exchanges to help you get the knife that's right for you.

30-Day Exchange Policy

You may exchange your knife within 30 days of receiving it. If you exchange it for a knife of lesser value, the difference will be issued as a Deepwoods Ventures store credit. We do not offer refunds—only exchanges.

After 30 days, exchanges are at our discretion. If an exchange is approved after this period, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Before You Send It Back

Please package your knife carefully to prevent damage during shipping. Once we receive it, we'll inspect it to confirm it has not been modified and is still in new, saleable condition. As soon as the inspection is complete, we'll get your replacement knife on its way as quickly as possible.
